Light Rigid (LR) Licence
This licence entitles the holder to operate a vehicle: i) A vehicle with a GVM over 4.5 tonnes but not over 8 tonnes. ii) A vehicle constructed to seat more than 12 adults (including driver). iii) Towing a single trailer with GVM not over 9 tonnes.
Medium Rigid (MR) Vehicle
This licence entitles the holder to operate a vehicle: i) A rigid vehicle with 2 axles and GVM over 8 tonnes. ii) Towing a single trailer with GVM not over 9 tonnes.
"B" Condition Removal
Obtain a full licence without any conditions.
'B' Removal More Info & FeesHeavy Rigid (HR) Vehicle
This licence entitles the holder to operate a vehicle: i) A rigid vehicle with 3 or more axles and GVM over 8 tonnes. ii) An articulated bus with 3 or more axles and GVM over 8 tonnes. iii) Towing a single trailer with GVM not over 9 tonnes.
Heavy Combination (HC) Vehicle
This licence entitles the holder to operate a vehicle: i) A prime mover with a single semitrailer, plus any unladen converter dolly. ii) A rigid vehicle towing a trailer with GVM over 9 tonnes, plus any unladen converter dolly.
Multi Combination (MC) Vehicle
This licence entitles the holder to operate a vehicle: i) Any heavy vehicle or combination, including B-doubles and road trains. ii) This is the highest class of vehicle licence (excluding motorcycles)
